Most metropolitan councils (16 of 31) offer a free bundled branch / prunings collection services in addition to their green waste bins. The bundled green waste collection service is for bulky green waste such as branches that do not easily fit in a bin. To minimise manual handling risks the branches or prunings should be tied in bundles and neatly stacked.
